All products sold by Graffix Thread are made-to-order and customized with machine embroidery based on your specifications. Production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
As each item is uniquely crafted just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.
Order Cancellation Policy
Each piece is created specifically for you. Once your order and payment are received, we immediately place an order for the blank garment with our supplier according to your selected specifications. Embroidery begins once the blank garment arrives.
Because this process starts quickly, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After that, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
