We ship all orders from our facility in Canada.

Delivery partners may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator, depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Modifying shipping details: Within 24 hours.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the volume of your order.

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped within Canada will be subject to GST/HST or PST, depending on your province. These are automatically calculated at checkout.
There are no customs duties for domestic Canadian orders.

 


 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (including apartment/unit numbers and postal codes) is correct at the time of purchase.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for any loss or theft.

 


 

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you by email.
If no response is received within 6 months, we reserve the right to consider the item forfeited and are not obligated to issue a refund or re-deliver.
